Birelli Built was founded working exclusively on remedial construction projects and building maintenance. Impressed by our quality of workmanship even in the most challenging situations, our clients were adamant that we then go on to build their dream homes.
In 2017, our New Home Builds team was born building quality bespoke homes to client specification. Our service extends from initial concept to final handover.

1. Strategic planning
Our architects will put your dreams on paper and work with our team of engineers and planners to get it across the line with council. We cover plans, surveys, engineering certificates, and attain council approvals.
2. Quality BUILD
We use the highest quality of materials and our own handpicked team of tradesmen to ensure your dream home lasts forever. All work is carried out to Australian Standards as per the National Construction Code.
3 . Final Handover
We won’t hand over the keys unless the property is whispering to us to come in and chill. Our final check is one of the most comprehensive in Australia, checking every nook and cranny of your home. We won’t leave till you’re smiling.
